“What Remains Hidden” and “What Refuses to Fade” explore the tension between concealment and revelation. Built from layers of magazine tear-outs and colored paper, each piece holds fragments of underlying stories. Partially obscured by a veil of white paint that has been intentionally scraped back to reveal glimpses beneath. The process creates a sense of depth and quiet discovery, where marks, textures, and hints of color emerge through restraint. Finished with a glossy resin coating, the works balance raw, tactile surfaces with a refined, contemporary sheen. Preserving what endures while inviting the viewer to look closer at what lies just below the surface.
Size: 32” x 42” each
Original Piece (series of 2) - Paper, Acrylic & Resin on Wood
Currently located in Scottsdale, AZ - if shipping is required, it will be handled through a separate arrangement.
